Ask to delete some of the data linked to your account, without deleting the account. You don’t need the app installed.
What happens
Deleted
The data you list in your request. Your account stays open.
Kept
Some information may be kept when the law requires it, such as records of purchases, for as long as that law requires. It’s deleted when that period ends.
When
Within 30 days of confirming your email address. You’ll get an email when it’s done.
Request data deletion
We’ll email you a link to confirm it’s you. Nothing is deleted until you confirm.
