Delete your account
Ask to delete your account in an app by Level Infinite and the data linked to it. You don’t need the app installed.
Before you delete
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel subscriptions you bought on Google Play. Cancel them in Google Play ↗ first so you aren’t charged again.
What happens
Deleted
Your account and the personal data linked to it, such as your profile, your settings and the content you created in the app.
Kept
Some information may be kept when the law requires it, such as records of purchases, for as long as that law requires. It’s deleted when that period ends.
When
Within 30 days of confirming your email address. You’ll get an email when it’s done.
Request account deletion
We’ll email you a link to confirm it’s you. Nothing is deleted until you confirm.
